Juked is aiming to be the ESPN for eSports. Content, every tournament, every player, and every game, all displayed through their innovative streaming platform.
Juked came to us having already found disappointment with contract development and was strongly considering trying to build out an internal team. They were concerned that the time and cost requirements associated with building an internal team would be too high and wanted a more immediate solution.
Although the original Juked contractors were inexpensive, they moved very slowly and had missed all of Juked’s internal milestones. After 8 months of development on their MVP, Juked decided they needed to get serious about moving more quickly. With tight deadlines, we set out to build the functionality at the core of what would become their MVP and beta release.
We put our heads down and spent the first month successfully building more than the previous team did in eight months, proving that we were the right team for the job. From there, Juked signed on to a long-term contract with an MVP as the first milestone.
Three months later, we delivered the initial beta MVP, allowing Juked to let the first customers in and start the fundraising process.
